Menu items and pricing are subject to change. Per guest prices beverages of iced tea or soft drink, subject to tax and gratuity on the final total. Modified menus are available and priced upon request-please notify of any guests with allergies or dietary restrictions. Guests will make entrée and dessert selections the day of the event. $5 up charge per guest to add Soup course--Chicken Tortilla or Black Bean

Fiesta Salad

Spring mix tossed with Chipotle ranch, queso fresco, pico de gallo, black beans, fire-roasted corn and tortilla strips



Street Tacos

Chicken tinga, brisket, duck or al pastor with onions, jalapeno, salsa verde and cilantro



Al Pollo Fajitas

Mesquite grilled chicken fajitas, served with house- made flour tortillas, pico de gallo, guacamole, rice and refried beans or soup (chicken tortilla or black bean)



Superior Platter

Superior enchilada, chicken enchilada and ground beef taco, served refried beans and rice



Superior Baja Tacos

Choice of tilapia or shrimp, chipotle aioli, mango pico de gallo, served with vegetables



Dessert

(guests will select 1 of the following): Key Lime Pie, Tres Leches or Flan
